Can you combine goods from different sellers?
Yes. We receive your purchases at one warehouse in Ukraine, check them against your list, combine them and prepare them for shipping.
How do I see the goods from the U.S.?
We show you the goods in photos and video and send the inspection results. A video call or samples can be arranged for your order.
Who handles customs and paperwork?
We arrange the documents and customs clearance through licensed brokers. We check the required documents and import conditions for your specific product.
How do I find out the full cost and timing?
Send us the product, quantity and delivery location. We prepare a quote: goods, our work, freight, duties and taxes. Payment terms and estimated timing are agreed for your order.
Do I need to travel to Ukraine to check the manufacturer?
No. Negotiation, samples and quality checks are our job on the ground. You see the product in photos and videos from the factory, on a live video call from the floor, or as samples shipped to the U.S. before you order the batch. You decide after you have seen it.
How and whom do I pay?
You pay one U.S. company, ALEXES INC, on one invoice in U.S. dollars. We place the orders with suppliers in Ukraine and settle with them ourselves. You do not have to wire money abroad to factories you have never met.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on the production time, the mode of transport, customs and other U.S. agencies. The estimated transit time is given in the quote, before you pay. Promising a fixed date in advance would not be honest: some steps are outside our control.
How are you different from a parcel service?
A parcel works for one small purchase: you find the supplier yourself, and the recipient often pays the duty on arrival. We find and vet manufacturers, show you samples, combine goods from several suppliers into one shipment for your company and send one invoice.
Who is the importer of record?
Your U.S. company or you personally, as stated in the quote. Under CBP rules the importer of record can be the owner or purchaser of the goods and is responsible for paying duties and meeting requirements. Source: CBP.
Is the $800 duty-free threshold still in place?
No. Duty-free de minimis entry was suspended for all countries on August 29, 2025, and CBP made the suspension a rule on June 24, 2026. Even small shipments now go through customs with duties. Federal Register.
What duty applies to goods from Ukraine?
It depends on the product's HTS code and on the U.S. measures in force on the date of entry. They changed several times in 2025 and 2026, so we do not quote rates in advance: exact duties and taxes are in your quote before you pay. Code lookup: HTS USITC.
Can you import food, cosmetics, electronics or children's products?
Yes, if the manufacturer has the documents U.S. agencies require: FDA registration and Prior Notice for food, MoCRA registration for cosmetics, FCC authorization for electronics, a CPSC certificate for children's products. See What we ship.
