The texts on this site describe how we work. They are not legal or customs advice. U.S. agency requirements and duties change; current rules are on the agencies' official websites, which we link to.

A quote is not an offer

The quote we send in reply to a request is preliminary and does not commit you to anything. Deal terms, including price, scope, payment and delivery, are set in the contract and invoice.

Legal goods only

We only handle goods that can legally enter the U.S. (see What we ship). We may decline any order without giving a reason.

Sanctions

We do not work with parties on U.S. sanctions lists or with suppliers in temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

Liability

We are not responsible for the timing and decisions of U.S. Customs and other agencies, or for changes in duties after a quote is issued. Liability for a specific order is set by its contract.
